Rakyat to sacrife for the nations... hmmm why don't the PM, DPM, ministers, deputy ministers and all politicians sacrifice their salaries and allowances and after that Rakyat will follow to do same. Cut all politicians salary by 20%, let them travel in normal flight taken economy class, let PM, DPM and all ministers travel in smaller car like Kancil or Kenari, after all how big is their size and how many people in the car? Let Perlis MB cycle to his office, as an example to the people, let other politicians cut on entertainment allowance, all government seminar handle at their own office, no more in Hotels, or in any "cheap aircond community hall", no food provided, let the participants get it on their own, after all they are getting allowance for going to seminar, if not, they still eat when go to work. No more meetings "at head office" for top officers, replace it with conferrence call. Are they really creating outrageous result in the meeting? I doubt!
Let have cheap furniture in all ministers offices (how many office that one minister have? You find out la, sure terkejut punya), Why we need so much "bright lights" for KLCC, Dayabumi, PWTC etc when nobody in town? Let have smaller, cheaper "official resident" for PM, DPM, Mentris Besar and Chief Ministers with cheap furniture.
Let do this until next General Election and I'm sure government will save few more billions rinngit, amy be more than 4.4B saved from the 30 sen increase of fuel and gas price. Than, PM and BN will have another clean sweep of the vote.
Anyway, they know that many Malaysian are the spcies of "mudah lupa" near election, give some lip service, and they are sure to get back the power. Just doubt, can they maintain this trick during the "final trial" in front of The Al-Mighty at "Padang Mahsyar"? I just can wish them best of luck.
To me personally, it not about the issue of increase of fuel price. It more than that. Another government stupid actions, they are controlling consumers product price, ask the business community not to increase price. This is not just crazy, but stupid. Doing business is to make profit. When cost increase, selling price must also be increased, than only the business will be profitable. If not, don't do business. Sell it to tthe government and let the government run it as a charity organization. People do business to make high profit. Simple principle like that also some politicians don't understand? No wonder la we are always like this, goverment tak cukup duit, naik harga minyak lagi.
If we want to stimulate economy, people need to spend, not to keep money under the pillow, woory about tomorrowthe products price will increase or not. Company must make profit, when company make profit, employees will get salary increament and bonuses, and when employess have more money, they spend more and much money circulated in the economy system and company make more money again and pay higher tax and government also make money and development can be continued at bigger scale. How come those "economic specialist" not understand this basic principle? - entah lah.........
