When a BIG MAN aka V VIP passed away

Yesterday another big man in the country passed away. He was former deputy prime minister, passed away at 81 years old.

It like any other "routine" when VVIP passed away. Life telecast on TV, other VIPs and VIPs came to visit and extend their good words on him and with this popular quote " a big lost to the nation and we will never get a person like him......".
Ok, he make big contribution to the country, and than?

I'm not interested on big man or small man passed away. Die means die no matter big or small. To me what most important what I'm doing when I still alive so than when I die at least I got an answer to Allah on what I'm doing on this world. As at now, looking back to my track record, still got a lot of thing to do. Still far behind on what I suppose to accomplish at this age. Hm... time fly so fast, no time to "sit and do nothing".

Sebuah Kisah di Negeri Paling Maju di negara bolehland

Apa ada dalam Negeri termaju di negara bolehland ini? Negeri ini diumumkan sebagai Negeri Maju pada 2005, 15 tahun mendahului Negara. Apa ada dalam negeri maju ini? Ia ada senarai panjang didalamnya. Sekadar beberapa "peristiwa" dalam negeri maju ini:

- Sungai dicemari amonia
- Sungai dicemari najis
- Air paip kerumah-rumah berbau najis
- Rumah 20 keluarga dipinggir kotaraya metropolitannya di robohkan oleh Majlis Perbandaran pada 18 April 2006, termasuk rumah milik seorang ibu muda yang masih dalam pantang.
- Banjir di ibu negeri, daerah jirannya dan merata tempat yang melibatkan kerugian "jutaan" ringgit.
- Pelbagai jenayah, antaranya pembunuhan demi pembunuhan dimerata tempat, rogol, samun, rompak, curi, pembalakan haram ... terlalu banyak, sila rujuk akhbar-akhbar tempatan.
- Tanah terus tergadai kepada "Kerajaan Pusat", bermula dengan 'ibu negara', 'pusat pentadbiran negara' dan terbaru Taman Pertanian dipajakkan selama 60 tahun.
- Kontroversi pembinaan rumah EXCO di negerinya, tapi rumah rakyat terus diroboh, setinggan tidak diendahkan, rakyat terus merempat tanpa rumah yang sempurna dan senarai masalah rumah rakyat terus bertambah tanpa pembelaan (bukan setakat tanpa pembelaan, tapi ditambah dengan pencerobohan dan perobohan)
- Masalah dadah belum nampak penyelesaian

Senarai ini akan terus bertambah. Namun yang lebih istimewa, kedudukan Menteri Besar, EXCO, dan orang politik dari parti memerintah nampak semakin kukuh dan selesa. Hebatkan negeri maju ni? Nak tahu negeri mana? Tanya budak umur 3 tahun pun dia boleh jawap...

Another controversy? Another war?

Nothing to do with the whole world, or political issue, or any issue out there. It just about last night's meeting that ended this morning, at about 1am. The heat was there for sometimes and last night it blow and certain predicted reactions happened.

This is the problem, how about people down there? When up there is not stabil and full of unnecessary fire, what happen next? Friction? End there? A non-stop never-ending war? What?

Some people just so excited to followwhat others doing without much "consideration" and some people have many to consider before implementing something new and in this case, many people just want to say "I right and you wrong".

So, what next? Simple - my life, my future, my choice!

19th April - come again....

It was 4.30am, six years ago...... Muhammad Firdaus, our youngest brother, took his last breath, peacefully. His face, like an other young people who is sleeping. Peace, harmony, no sign of pain. At 11 years old, Firdaus was called back to the place that we all will be, one day in future.
Rest in peace my brother. We love you, we miss you and we never forget you.

Muhammad Firdaus Hat : 31st August 1989 - 19th April 2000.

p/s : if Firdaus still with us today, he will be 17 years old and be in form five.

Politics? No, thanks...

Browse few political website, both pro government and opposition. Mostly full of hatred, or in other words, what the f**k. Mostly talk only, no action. Mostly one way "minded". mostly not worth my 1 cent to read all the articles. and mostly, heh he..... my kids can think better than these people. Why? Because their intention are not clear...

Hm... that was comment given by a friend to me this morning. Dare to challange this comment? Mostly, I agree with this friend of mine... heh he....

Tonite, another meeting. It about new presentation of sales plan. I was proposed for it many years back and tonite only it being impleted. Why some "great" people took many years to implement it? And the best part, this is 'Their' idea, new presentations, heh he... I'm not at their level maybe, or may be I should put it this way, they are not at my level, because they are many years behind me, a ka ka ka....

What your intention??

Got clear from a friend yesterday on his intention of getting money. He is actually not clear on what he want and his intention of getting money. Hmm... what a pitty, yeah?

Many people think that they are very claer on what they want but actually they are not. For instant, when people looking for money by doing business, what actually they want? Is it the business or the money? If they want money, many ways that they can get it, not just from one source of income. If they want any particular business, than it not just money, it is the business.

Being clear of intention is very important. After the intention getting clear, that the mechanic will come. Focus on intention, not the mechanic. When you really know what you want, than only fiure out how to get it. When you can't get it using the method that you are following now, SHIFT! That's it.

What do you want??

Talk to a friend yesterday, and helping to sort out some financial concern.
Hm... own thing still hanging now try to help someone?
Why? Can not ah?
Can la.... but...
he he he... normal conversation yeah. Some people just can't get it. Ok lah, it's alll back to what do you want???

Back to this friend. He want to make some money fo his life, for his career and finance his study. Good young man, don't want to burden his family and want to make it on his own, evn tho' his family can afford it. Decided to join his good friend promoting some invisible products and make money from it. Of coz, at beginning need to sort out some challenges.

Learn something from him today. Not everybody when we give them and show them "good" opportunity they want it or they can see it. This is something unique about people. Some because they are too smart and some the other way. No right no wrong, I'm also human being. But talking about opportunity and business, of coz big investment can contribute big income. And again, is it always true like that? Not necessary. Many people want big money and willing to come out with big investment. And this end up many people overlook on small money, big effort, more people can also bring in big money and big profit.

Talking about it, how many people have and if they have, how many people willing to come out with fe thousand RM compare to people who willing to come out with few hundred RM or just few RM? Thing is that, people look at "lump sum" amount, not cummulative amount. Many people want big money but "too smart" to work hart. End up keep on promoting his "big business" with mind set that with just one business deal I can make big money where as you need "hundreds" of business deal to make this amount of income.

Fair and all the best to you. Keep on promoting it and I never said it can't be done. It can be done, and many people doing it. But again, look at the "number" again and look at what are you promoting. If every single person you meet can afford something that other people sell and you too have opportunity to sell it and you know you will have hard time selling the products that you are promoting right now and you need the money badly, why can't you shift? It good to have big dream and keep on positive about it, but to keep your feets firm on groun under you also equally important. It good to be focus and loyal on what you are doing, but also, shift from what don't work to what work also very important.

And back to me, what next? Yes I learn important lesson today, keep moving and SHIFT! One turn me down, go to the next person. Isn't it sound familiar? Yeah! And I keep on doing it, alhamdulillah. What work, keep on doing it and improve it. What don't work, shift. Hanling people isn't easy and it isn't hard also. What important, Am I Willing to continue, persist and do what ever it takes to achieve what I want?

Finally WHAT DO I REALLY WANT? I got it and I know the answer very clear.

"Perang" Direct Selling di Malaysia

Ini bukan peperangan macam USA lawan Iraq ataupun macam yang terjadi kat negara-negara Asia dan Eropah yang lain tu. Ini "perang" di internet. beberapa hari ni sempat jengok-jengok web site beberapa company MLM di Malaysia dan juga web site yang diujudkan sendiri oleh pengedar-pengedar beberapa company direct selling. Macam biasa la, kalau kita nak "jual" perniagaan kita, mesti la kena cerita yang baik dan yang "unggul" sahaja. Dari products, Marketing Plan, Company, Support System dan semua segi lah asalkan dapat membantu orang lain membuat keputusan terbaik untuk join syarikat pilihan mereka.
Tak kurang juga yang siap buat perbandingan antara syarikat. Demi untuk menunjukkan yang syarikat yang dia join tu lebih baik dari yang lain. Kalau setakat perbandingan ilmiah tu tak pe la, jangan sampai burukkan syarikat orang lain dah la. Kecualilah syarikat tu syarikat piramid yang dah tentu menipu orang lain.
Tapi, kalau nak ikut ilmu logik, yang penting diri sendiri. Kalau kita join syarikat yang terbaik diduniapun, tapi tak buat apa-apa, kita tak kemana juga dalam industri ni. Kalau nak tahu pure business, yang boleh tahan lama, yang boleh jadi kaya dengan usaha sendiri (dan pastinya dengan izin Allah), buatlah business Direct Selling ni, particularly dalam Multi Level Marketing.
Ikut statistik KPDN HEP pada Oktober 2005 ada 333 syarikat MLM, 155 Single Level, 37 Pesanan Pos dan 32 Single Level & Pesanan Pos. Ada 557 syarikat semuanya, pilihlah mana-mana satu dan fokus pada company tu. Nak lagi "seronok", pilihlah mana-mana satu syarikat dari 333 syarikat MLM.
Banyak sangat company, sampai 333, mana nak pilih? Lagi sekali ikut ilmu logik, MLM ni business sendiri dan kita buat business ni ikut pase kita sendiri. Jadi, pilihlah syarikat yang kita ada kebebasan untuk bina perniagaan sendiri, tak perlu maintenance, tak kisah nak beli banyak mana, nak jul banyak mana, tak kisah bila nak mula atau bila nak stop, tak kisah berapa ramai nak taja, berapa level nak taja dan paling penting, etika perniagaan ni sangat kuat untuk pastikan kepentingan semua pihak terjaga. Kalau kena ada maintenance bulanan, cuma boleh ada dua line, dapat bonus cuma untuk 10 level dan semua restriction, dah tak seronok buat business dah.
Mungkin ramai yang tak setuju dengan pandangan ni, tapi cuba kita tengok balik, ini kan ke free enterprise. Selagi kita tak rosakkan business orang lain, kita sepatutnya diberi kebebasan untuk untuk bina business ikut kita, bukan ikut orang lain. Kalau betul nak buat duit, jual la banyak-banyak, taja lebih ramai frontline dan down the line. Upline tu cuma beri peluang, bukan majikan kita. Kalau dia tu dah berjaya dan kita nak berjaya juga macam dia, ikut la upline. Pilihan ditangan kita. Lagi satu, walau macam mana pun kita tak suka pada upline, dia yang bagi peluang ni pada kita, jadi sentiasa hormati upline. Kalau dia betul, ikut dia. Kalau dia tak betul, hormati dia dan jangan sesekali burukkan nama dia pada orang lain. Upline ni macam ibu bapa kita la. Kalau kita tahu macam mana nak hormat ibu bapa, macam tu la kita hormat upline. Dalam sembahyang tu, jangan lupa doakan untuk upline, insyaAllah, berkat business kita.

Lagi satu, company compensation tu diberi dalam bentuk wang tunai. Melancung tu cuma insentif, bukan satu dari marketing plan. Boleh lah kalau company nak bagi kereta dan rumah, tapi bukan semua orang nak kan rumah dan kereta yang company bagi tu. Kan ke lebih senang kalau cuma bagi duit dan kita pilih sendiri rumah dan kereta yang kita nak.
Banyak company tak dapat tahan lebih dari 5 tahun. Jadi, pilihlah company yang dah ada kat negara ni lebih dari 5 tahun atau lebih baik kalau dah lebih 10 tahun dan masih terus berkembang maju dan kalau listed tu, tengok-tengok la jugak berapa harga saham dan dividend yang dia bayar.

Tengok jugak product yang dia jual. Memang ramai yang kata, banyak company yang mula dengan satu product sekarang dah jadi billion dollar company. Itu dulu, tahun 40an dan 50an. Sekarang ni dah tahun 2006, buat apa-apa susah-susah pilih company yang belum tentu macam tu. Kan ke elok letak segala usaha dan tenaga kita untuk pilih company yang dah kukuh? Cari company yang ada product yang semua orang guna. Jadi, kalau tak de pelanggan pun, kita masih boleh gunakan product yang company ni ada. Kalau tak de downline dan kita nak buat duit, kita ada banyak pilihan barangan untuk dijual. Kan ke itu semua pilihan kita? Cari company yang jual product dari hujung rambut sampai hujung kaki, untuk cantik dan sihat, untuk rumah dan luar rumah. Whole range of daily used products.
Ikut WFDSA, pada tahun 2004 nilai volume Direct Selling di Malaysia USD1.4billion atau pun RM5.32 billion. Ini satu jumlah yang besar. Carilah syarikat yang dominant direct selling kat Malaysia ni. Rasanya tak sampai 10 yang besar kat Malaysia ni. Pilih satu dan fokus. Buat ikut etika dan jangan burukkan syarikat orang lain.

Setakat ni ramai yang datang approach untuk join pelbagai jenis direct selling kat Malaysia ni. Tapi yang sedihnya, tak ramai yang datang betul-betul prepare untuk bagi fakta yang betul. Ramai yang cuma excited tapi ilmu tak cukup. Bila nak cover segala data yang dia sendiri tak sure, mula la mereka cipta fakta sendiri. Ini satu penyakit yang amat bahaya dalam industri ni. Jadilah peniaga yang jujur. Kalau tak tahu, cakap je la tak tahu, apa yang susahnya? Balik, dapatkan fakta dan bagi tahu la lepas tu. Tak pun, apa salahnya telefon upline dan dapatkan informasi yang betul, handphone kan ada? Sebab, bila kita tipu prospek dan mereka dapat dapat tahu kita tak jujur, sampai bila-bila mereka tak percaya pada kita dan lebih teruk industri ni yang dapat nama busuk. Biar lah hilang prospek yang sorang tu tapi jangan hilang integrity diri kita. Memang la kita nak buat duit, tapi MLM ni untuk jangka masa panjang, dari generasi ke generasi.

Akhir sekali, orang boleh kata apa sahaja, pakar boleh tulis dan buat apa sahaja kajian, pokok pangkalnya diri kita. Buatlah pilihan yang tepat. Cari company yang sesuai dengan kita dan cari organisasi upline yang boleh kerja sama-sama. Bila kita join mana-mana organisasi, jangan hanya cari yang boleh tolong kita, cari juga yang kita boleh contribute dan kembangkan potensi diri kita.

Ini semua pilihan kita sendiri. Selamat berjaya. Kalau ada yang nak tukar-tukar fikiran, boleh la gunakan email kat bawah ni. Apa sahaja topik, yang termampu di ulas bersama.
