Tomorrow I will have interesting topic at CA. Talking about the solution. Talking about what to do in this economic scenario. I love this topic. I love making money and even love to spend. Well, money in your bank account is not yours until you use it. It might be for someone else.
Anyway, tomorrow is continuation of last week's topic. We are facing the economis woes, so, what next? In any problem we are facing, there must be solution. My presention, as always, will be very simple. In any situation, there are people who make money, who prosper and who have good life, so, why not us? Why not youand me?
A friend told me just last night, his focus is no longer about money, but how to help people. Not interested to make more money, enought from what he has now. Duit tak boleh bawak mati. A "friendly" smile for him. I listen this long ago, and still listen to this statement until now. It's either he is avoiding to the reality, lazy or don't know what he's talking about. It is not really money that matter, but what's next? What on earth that we don't really need money?
I told him to look around, what happen to "our people" in our own land? What happen to our "brothers and sisters" around the world (since he talk about race and religion)? What happen to so many graduates that left unemployed? What happen to families whose sole bread winner now out of job? And so much more to list down.
I understand he is more to charity job, but what actually he's doing? Looking around for contribution from others, from corporate, from individual. Then, what is that? Don't involve money? If money is not important, why looking for contribution? Ask for material thing, then, it not involve money? What a sickening excuses for being LAZY and avoiding!!
And he told me, he spend time with those people, being with them, love them, and care about them. Yea, a nobel thing to do. God bless you. When people are hungry, they need food. Of course people need love and care. But they also need food, cloths, shelters etc etc. All those thing need money. Imagine if he has lot of money, how much more he can contribute? He don't need to use all those money for himself. Use it for the charity. I told him, I'm also do what he is doing, but it never stop me from making more money and looking for more opportunity.
Then, I ask him what his plan for his life. What's next for him. Too bad, he had nothing to share because he never think that far. Hmm... such a nobel person, but had never plan for what he should do next. I'm not as good as him. I only think about myself, so selfish (as what he describe me, ha ha ha... yea, I'm agree with you man...), but at least, I know what I'm doing and where I'm heading to. I never stop making mistakes but I never stop learn from it and move on from there too.
Back to money and economic scenario stories, I told him, now is time to save, invest and create assets. His first reaction was, he don't have enough or big cash for it. See, how people so ignorant about cashflow and assets game nowdays. I don't ask him to buy assets, but to create assets.
So, I go on explaining to him about assets and liabilities, about invest, convert expense to investment, what is expenses and what is investment, about what type of cash outflow and inflow, what type of assets and so on. It's a good run up for my presentation tomorrow. So much idea coming from that "cool exchage of ideas", Alhamdulillah.
End of the day, I told him, he don't need to do like what I'm doing. This is just one of the thing we can do in this world. There are many more that we can do. I suggest him few thing, since he is not interested about making more money (I don't know where he learn we don't need to be rich and make more money). And I leave it to him. His life, his choice. He want to create something for this world, and he want to leave something. He do what he love to do, I continue with my life.
End of the conversation, I told him, life never stop here. I might not have much money now, just enough to survive, but I enjoy every moment of my life. I have great people around me, have great job and career, have great thing to do. I enjoy talking to people, enjoy seeing people moving up in their life and enjoy every sen of money that I have. More important, I'm not see people to ask for contribution, but to contribute, in anyway I can. I learn from anyone possible and I share with anyone who want to listen. People understand or not, totally not my problem. How could I make people understand? I can only share and improve my sharing.
I learn a lot from him, and I don't know what he learn from me. Not my problem anyway, ha ha ha.... He ask for some contribution and I ask him, the love that you give not enough? So, sacarstic I think. Well, hope he realize, that making money will not make us an evil. Nothing wrong with money. Just that, how we make it and how we spend it, that's what count.
Good luck to you, my friend. :-)

Selfish
Distinguish good selfishness from bad selfishness
You've heard of the "bait-and-switch" con? Well, guess what? This is the "scare-and-switch" con: "Selfish" has two entirely different meanings. One is: "taking advantage of people against their will." The other is: "taking care of yourself and your family first and foremost and to whatever degree YOU deem appropriate." Obviously, the latter is a virtue, and the former is a vice. But if you fail to distinguish between the meanings you're prey to being suckered by con artists of either the deliberate variety* or of the more common unwitting, unthinking "disease carrier" kind.
First they make you extremely fearful of ever being seen to take advantage of anyone unwilling, and then they twist it with the sneakiness of a magician and the cleverness of a lawyer to make you extremely fearful of ever being seen to take care of yourself and your family first.
Then, while trying to get you to accept the ridiculous notion that every kind of "selfishness," even just making money in the private sector (earning a living and growing a nest egg) is morally vicious,** they also try to get you to accept the even more absurd idea that the accumulating of political power by government employees and politicians is morally good. This is sold along with an implicit demand that their professed concern for "others" be accepted without question at face value, together with an implicit threat: "Don't you DARE point out that grasping for and accumulating political power definitely IS a kind of 'selfishness,' only this time of the vicious taking-unwilling-advantage kind!" ***
This is so important that it bears rephrasing: There are two different kinds of selfishness, the good kind and the bad kind. Keep them straight so you don't get suckered. Even more importantly, keep them straight so you can feel proud -- and not ashamed -- of taking care of yourself and your family.
Perhaps now you can appreciate how so many people can get caught up in the fashions of the moment, as popularized by today's politicians, journalists, entertainers and educators. And/or how people don't have (or don't use) enough of their logical, critical abilities or a world-view large enough in terms of both time and geography. If so, I encourage you to question authority, apply logic, and think for yourself from now on. Look at the forest, not the trees. And the centuries, not the months. Or you might risk being lead willingly, as a sheep, to the slaughter. And always remember, as Ayn Rand said with the piercing clarity of her insightful wisdom, "Every major horror of history was committed in the name of an altruistic motive." And here she said, "The meaning ascribed in popular usage to the word 'selfishness' is not merely wrong: it represents a devastating intellectual 'package-deal,' which is responsible, more than any other single factor, for the arrested moral development of mankind."
Further, now that you recognize the "scare-and-switch" con, I'm sure you won't fall for it any more. And for freedom's (and honesty's) sake, please don't use it.

Good selfishness leads to self-expansion
The businessman who, by honest, wholesome, constructive actions looks after his own and his family's needs is engaged in good selfishness. Good selfishness causes a man to seek his own comfort, prosperity, and happiness by also making others more prosperous and happy.
Unlike evil selfishness, which isolates a person and shuts out the rest of humanity, good selfishness reaches out and brings everyone into the circle of brotherhood. Good selfishness yields many harvests—return services from others, self-expansion, happiness, divine sympathy.
To avoid the pitfalls of evil selfishness, a person should first establish himself in the good forms of selfishness, where he thinks of his family and those he serves, as part of himself. From that attainment, he can then advance to the practice of sacred selfishness (or unselfishness, as ordinary understanding would term it), where one sees the entire universe as oneself.

80,000 pekerja diberhenti sementara
Feb 20, 09 9:11am

Survey: Malaysians not saving enough : The Star 19.02.2009
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians are not saving enough and they are not prepared to face a financial meltdown should they lose their job or be retrenched.
According to the latest findings from Citi’s Financial Quotient (Fin-Q) 2008 survey, only two in five (39%) Malaysians actually save and less than one-in-three (28%) make and stick to a monthly budget.
Citibank Bhd head of segment and marketing, retail bank Timothy Johnson said the results from Malaysia show an average Fin-Q score of 51 points out of a possible 100 points, with 54% of Malaysians scoring 50 points and below.
A majority of Malaysians reported in the survey saved up to 20% of their monthly income - excluding the 11% in the Employees’ Provident Fund - and 12% said they do not save anything at all.
In the event of a job loss but with continued regular expenses, one-in-five indicated their savings would last for only four weeks.
On average, Malaysians reported having 11 weeks of savings in reserve, “Against the backdrop of the current challenging economic environment, these findings are quite worrying,” Johnson said in a briefing yesterday.
He said although the Fin-Q scores in seven of the 11 subject areas have shown improvement, it was not. “We believe that a lot more needs to be done to ensure Malaysians are truly financially savvy as the detailed survey results revealed that there is still room for improvement,” he added.
The Citi Fin-Q survey comprised 500 online interviews of 40 questions each, rolled out to determine the level of understanding among Malaysians about their personal finances and financial practices. The survey was conducted from Oct 15 -30.
Johnson said more Malaysians were taking an interest in their finances and the recent economic crisis had made saving for emergencies an important element for them.
According to the survey, 56% are somewhat better off now than they were a year ago. Nevertheless, 37% were worried about their financial future. While 86% of Malaysians attempt to follow a budget, less than one-in-three (28) actually stick to the budget.
The Fin-Q also revealed that 30% Malaysians indicated they would “know exactly” and 60% have a “good idea” what to do if they were given six months salary to invest. There was also a 6% increase in the number of Malaysians who have a formal retirement plan and 56% are confident or somewhat confident that their savings will lead to a comfortable life in retirement.
Asked how much would be needed for retirement, Johnson said it was very subjective. He said the answer required thorough thinking and planing as the amount of money you need in retirement had a direct correlation to the style of living you wish to have.
“If you want to retire in Bahamas, you will need a bigger amount compared to living in a house in suburban area,” he said, adding that to gauge the figure, one should look at the current expenses and estimate how they might at retirement.
Johnson also pointed out a fascinating finding in the survey. He said 35% Malaysians believed that money can buy happiness.
He said the Fin-Q was a snapshot of our current level of financial literacy and what we all need to do to better control our finances. Malaysians needed to be disciplined and have good financial management to ensure enough savings, he said.
“I believe Malaysians should provide additional focus on developing and enhancing their level of financial literacy, more so given the current challenging environment.”

More money? hmmm...
To some people, getting RM 1 million is not difficult. Just one "jump", some people can make it more then that. To a professional sportsman, one race can earn him more then 1 million. To a super popular speaker, 1 hour lecture can give him more than 7 figure income. But to majority of people, getting 1 million is " something very difficult". That's why, to many, being a millionaire is something that they are looking for and dream for. Even not all want to be a millionanire, but by being one, is something that can give good feeling to many, even not to all.
Someone told me, being a millionaire nevr in his mind. He never work for money, and never want to be a millionaire. His life is just to serve the people, to contribute and to give. He really has noble purpose in life and very good intntion. When i provoke him with what money can buy, he counter ith what money cannot buy. And later yesterday, he get his very good lesson. When his company did not pay his salry for the last 3 months, he is now looking for job and curse his management as "lintah darat". The top management still enjoying their life and told their staff to "bersabar seketika sehingga syarikat mendapat semula semua hutang-hutaang dari pelanggan".
He learn about nothing wrong to make more money and to get money from variuos sources. Most important he learn about being honest when talking about money. Memang duit tak boleh bawak mati, tapi nak uruskan orang mati pun perlukan duit!
Then, i share with him my vision 2020, why i want to make more money. It's good to have more money as long as it's all halal and berkat. Look at "our" people out there. how much they earn? How many people trade their "akidah" with money? How many people being "slave" to other people just because of money? How many people sell their body just for few ringgit? And the list go on and on and on...
Now, think about this - if you have RM 1,000,000, what are going to do with that money? If you don't know how to use it, or you think you don't want that money, let me know. I can give you my bank account and you can transfer that money to me. Possible? ha ha ha ha........ i bet to my last sen!!

some info for next project
Some info for next project.
STATISTIK
Agihan Kekayaan

No more privacy........
Well........ when some think he so smart and "care" too much about another person, then, he start to "rasa-rasa" so many thing, including something that he don't even know what he's talking about. What the FUCK had happen to this bangsat crazy man? He make someone sick most of the time and now he want to kill that person? He do that, I'll sure teach him the lesson he deserve!!
What the fuck he do all this while? He had nobody else in this world to look after? He has nothing to do in this world? How many time this fucking crazy guy has create confusion? Create uneasy and create havoc? And he think he so smart? Go to hell!!
Well, dealing with crazy fucking man like this, we might be like him one day, so, the door is there, never lock.

is it wrong asking people about their goal?
Today, or may be at this point of time, I feel stupid, just because i'm asking people about their goal. I understand what people try to tell me. Anyway, let it be. Their right anyway. I'm not the person who read a lot like them, or who have such intelectual people in thier list of friends. So, i'm asking questions, what successful people asking me. Then they said it just an idiot. I told them, this is message that i got from one respected person, but they did not get the whole story. So that, I was just an idiot, not worth to follow.
Tak pe lah, mereka dah pandai, dah senang, dah banyak ilmu, dah banyak duit.
Manusia datang, manusia pergi, tapi aku tetap disini dan segala "GOAL" aku dan aku tak pernah kata orang "idiot" sebab "they have no goal" !!
Aku masih tersenyum, dan hati aku, makin lama makin hilang sentuhan dan sensitivitinya. Salahkah aku begini?

Apakah aku perlu membela KATAK?

Kalau takut, kenapa pandai-pandai nak jadi wakil rakyat? nak jadi "so called" pemimpin? ptui....
ok.... aku dah ok. bukan sebab dah maki orang, tapi jangan simpan apa yang terbuku dalam hati.
So, what's next?
