and.... that's it, no more....

My so called MD called me this afternoon. Beside talking about his personal tax, he also asking if I have looking for job. He looks a bit amuse when I said not yet. Then, he told me, Shanghai office already closed. Legally the company still there, but with no staff, as good as closed. No money to pay salary since July or September (not so sure). Other overseas branch facing same problem, not just no business, but also no money for day to day operation.

He will go back to head office next week, not to rejuvenate the company, but to officially close the whole company. don't think he will close the company, ha ha ha... but may be they will have last/final overseas Representative meeting. Then, come back early November, maybe with news to close the company. That what he told me. And as usual, with promise to help the rest of the staff, especially marketing, to look for job here. Hmmm... sound nice...

Well, coming end November, the company will celebrate it 5th anniversary. That for Malaysia. Internationally, close to 30 years, or may be more. Can't remember. When company facing problem, debtors create problem, so that they need not to pay anything. Creditors rush to office asking for payment. Any current and future transactions, all in cash. You pay, we serve you. this is business in this world. And people said, they are just concern about all, about their customers and about their service provider, but.... they also need to take care of their shareholders money. Good excuse.

Me? hmmm.. plan to focus on what I'm doing. Network marketing more transparent. You can even check the price online, distributor and customer price. You can know the compensation plan, the marketing plan and the products. Simple. You build people, people build business. try to be not honest and not sincere, and see how long you can stay, as simple as that, and see how big and how high you can move on.

Time running short. end of this month, another staff meeting, perhaps to announce what's next for the company, to close or not to close, and now looks like to close. Many thing to consider, staff compensation, audit, collection, payment, assets etc etc... Most important, what next?

Out there, tonnes of opportunity. the question is, which one is for us? Will go out there and looking for another job and facing another possibility of company closing, downsizing, VSS, retrenchment, etc etc? Going out there and start a business? What business to do? Well, a lot, big and small, easy and challenging.

Every moment we chose and make our choice. And now, time to chose again.

Our job to work hard, to persist, to excel, and not to quit. Future will be much better, insyaAllah. Bigger challenges means bigger rewards... Have fun and FOCUS!!!
