I have been asking this questions for quite sometimes. There is or there are not working in my life. What would be different from me, so that the energy keep high and my team create result, my small group create result and people around me create result. I must come from source and I am the source.
After seniors meeting tonite, I realize something big missing, that is I never celebrate any small win in my life. And thats result to I never experience of having any big win and therefor, there was never had any celebration in my life. To me, what ever accomplishment, is just accomplishment, it was never a win. Well, so what? I have to getit done, so i get it done, no big deal. Because of that attitude, i miss so much win in life that not everyone will get it and i never experience of being a winner.
What would be different from me, I will celebrate any small win in my small group. In the same time, what ever win I have in life, I would annouce to the group and allow myself to "receive" any celebration from who ever they are. Well, this might be a breakthrough for me and it might follow with bigger win from my people in LP and my small group. Surrender to what ever dont work, lear from it, experience my experience and keep moving.
Nothing easy, but if this can support my people to win, I'm here to make it happen.
